By placing an order with BikiniSandi, you agree to the product description, sizing information, processing time, shipping terms, and applicable return and refund policies shown on this website.

Custom and made-to-order items are created based on the measurements, specifications, and design details provided by the customer. Please review all information carefully before submitting an order.

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun on a custom or made-to-order item.

BikiniSandi reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including cases involving unavailable materials, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or requests that cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If BikiniSandi cancels a paid order, the customer will receive an appropriate refund.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, fabric variation, and display settings.

BikiniSandi is an online-only business and does not offer walk-in sales or customer pickup.
